Shipping

FREE SHIPPING on all US orders over $75.
Standard shipping: $5.99 | 5–8 business days
Expedited shipping: $12.99 | 2–3 business days

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 1–2 days for tracking to update.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination (7–21 business days). Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it:

  • Return window: 14 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and hygienic liner intact
  • Final sale items: Items marked "Sale" are final sale and cannot be returned

How to Start a Return

  1. Email hello@palmandtide.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, simply return your item and place a new order. Use code WELCOME10 if it's your first purchase!

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please email us at hello@palmandtide.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll make it right immediately.
