Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We currently ship within the United States. ORDER TRACKING Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES Palm & Tide is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
